How does the ordering process works?

• This web site will allow you to place an order by paying a deposit.

• You can pay via paypal and credit card using the 'Buy Now' button located at the products page.

• Once your order has advanced to the build queue we will email you to let you know that your order
  has advanced along with details regarding payment of the residual amount.

• If you would like to pay via EFT then send an email to accounts@montyhaul.com with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact details
  • Details of which table you are ordering

• When paying via EFT please use your last name as the transaction reference, our details are:
  • Bank: Bendigo Bank
  • Account Name: Monty Haul Gaming
  • BSB: 633-000
  • Account Number: 137381075

How do you keep track of your order?

• Once you have placed your order by paying a deposit we will send you an email confirming your order.

• We will email you once manufacturing of your table has begun.

• Once the table is en route we will advise you via an email including the courier details / tracking numbers.

• Once the table has arrived a Monty Haul representative will email or call to confirm the table has arrived.
